Help with teamspeak

Rite i have teamspeak and i have been using it for agers and its worked fine, but recently when i connect to any server my sound is very very echoey

NOTE: it isnt just your normal echo its very bad i cant hear anyone its that bad!!!!

I have tried reinstalling it reddownloading it and its still the same!
It is not my mic because i have Ventrilo and that works fine?
So what is it?

Can anyone tell me how to fix it as i am getting knocked back from clans because of this problem!

Played around with your microphone sensitivity ? To me it sounds like you are hearing your own feedback...

Sounds like you have your sound settings set to "what you hear" Check your sound settings....
