ive found that ping is pretty much meaningless on this game. I can have a ping of 10 and still get serverside lag like my ping was 300. Atleast it doesnt always do it depending on the server.
Plus it said "you have been kicked do to excessive TK (one TK) or by a vote" so I got voted off in the first 3 min. or I got excessive TK. Also I was only for a bunch of rounds, so i kicked for a memebr even tho I wasnt last to join?
that message shows up for more than just those 2 reasons.
Was on a server once with 7/8 mates and we ALL got kicked from the server at the same time with that message. Tried to ping the server and it was down
I LOVE there server .... soo smooth! 64 man and i get super low ping.

thank you, yes we put alot of effort into making sure our server runs well for everyone playing on it. As for battlerecorder, well 1.02 biffed it so we're waiting for the 1.03 patch to fix it. And as for these childish flames your sending in CLONES direction know that i ALWAYS listen to what people have to say before i act, and i even give them second chances when they come onto OUR forums, not TBF2, and explain, like adults, what happened. in your case you were kicked to make room for a clan member.
As for the allegation about the chopper, i have a pretty good idea who said that to you and threatened to kick you for getting into the havoc. HOWEVER, me and nemesis are the only admins you will see playing regularly on our server, all other clones are just members, and therefore if he threatened to kick you for getting into the chopper that is between you and him; he can be as ****ed as he wants but he sure as hell cant kick you unless it gets through me, kapeesh?
And since im here i might aswell thank all of you who do support our server, the sheer volume of players and regulars our server sees has made it one of the most popular ranked servers in the world. Thanks again for the support.

Why should he get out the jeep and let them have it? I am glad you stood you're ground and ran the bastard over. I had a similar situation when some batty wanted to fly a heli with a mate. He managed to get the pilot position and told me to get out. I mean WTF!? This was dragon valley and after all the vehicles had gone I wasn't about to walk to the nearest flag which was 10 perhaps 15min away on foot. People like that should go play Barbie wonderful dream house or some **** like that!

The Clone Server is one the best servers around! i play on there very often! and im glad you guys put some dif maps in there instead of Mashturr and Karkand 24/7.

No, it does work with 1.02, I've been on several 1.02 servers that let me download the file. You just have to set it up correctly, maybe the FTP is off or something.
That server sounds like fun, I need to find a good teamwork community to start playing in. Its hard to find people that actually want to work together.
I pay with two others for a site, we all three are admins. Unfortunetly <SP> the main admin likes to fly, I have seen him kick and TK to get his chopper. I don't agree with it, but for $100 a month for your own server, some people like to do what they want.
Thirdeyepry.. what you should have checked was if you had a high ping or lowest score. If you were near top in points and got kicked then yeah, they just didn't want you in there.
Then again.. maybe you artilleried someone too many times and they kicked you. who knows.. who cares.. move on

ya i heard there was a patch or something for battlerecorder and thats how some servers got it running but i have yet to see it.
