You can make fog in two ways.
1. you can spend a lot of time with tweaking settings. You can go to terrain editor, then change fog color and fog settings from level settings and light settings.
OR
2. you can use the fog in one of the original maps which you think the fog in that map will fit your map the most. To do that, open the map, open either client.zip or server.zip i am not sure which one. copy their sky.con file to your map folder. You are done.
After doing that, you can still tweak the settings a little bit, it will be a lot easier.
