I presume you mean bf2 realism mod by Djuice

I doubt that mod was ever set up for mp play. I may be wrong but I think that mod was made before ppl figured out how to make mods work on servers (.md5 files)
Try a newer mod - PRMM always has servers up and running. (the maker of bf2 realism is working on that mod now)
Most servers include mod names in the titles so an ingame search for realism may turn something up....
