EA Support can't help me with this problem! Maybe someone here can.

I know I am not the only one with this issue, since there was a huge topic about at Driverheaven. Anyone here have this problem?

My mouse movement in game is driving me crazy. I contacted EA about this and told them I have gotten drivers and this and that. All they keep saying is "update graphic drivers", "get your motherboard drivers", "update sound drivers", etc etc, after i compiled a list from everything i had done from formatting to downloading drivers all with the version numbers and all. Terrible support IMO.

    Anyways...

When I move my mouse along the x-axis, my movement will seem like mouse acceleration is turned on and my rotation will speed up and transtion from looking left or right is not smooth, but jumpy. This ONLY happens when i am not moving on foot, or only strafing left or right while moving the mouse on the x axis.

If im in tanks, vehicles, on ladders, moving forwards and backwards while moving the mouse left or right it is fine. I can look around smoothly without stutters.

Now I have tried EVERY resolution and graphic settings. (low medium high).
It also happens in singleplayer. I have bought a new mouse. Disabled mouse acceleration and even gotten 2gb of ram.

Ive been experiencing this since the demo. What do you guys think? :)

Yeah I've noticed it, especially as you say when stood still moving the cross-hair left to right i get very minuscule jitters.

      Its really annoying.

yea i tried adjusting the sen. what i noticed tho is if you move the mouse very slowly it is fine... when you pan around left or right normally or fast, it will react as if mouse acceleration is on and will actually pan around quicker than the movement of your mouse.

How about what kind of mouse?

What settings in game? as in x and y and the extra settings for aircraft and vehicles.

How about a screenshot of your mouse settings XP and mouse software?

I can help you if you help me, help you.

Oh yeah a screenshot of your currentuser/control/mouse reg settings.

Too many tweak programs out there, people dowload different ones, lots of stuff could be happening.

One quick experiment, take your mouse to left edge of screen as far as it can go, stop, then twitch mouse left real fast, far.

If your mouse curs jumps back to right accel is indeed on.

Ive spent 2 years being obsessed by mouse settings, I can give you my MOUSE favs folder links if you would like, like to go insane that is.

It used to be twice the size, just a few bunk ones left to get rid of.
