    Warcraft 3 problem.

I got this weird Warcraft 3 problem that never happens in any other games.
I would start off my game as usuall and sometimes after 15 to 30 minutes the game would just freeze up. And sometimes it plays fine and never freezes up. Also sometimes windows spits me out a weird message telling me about some VPU recover and that my drivers are not respoding any more or something like that. Again, I never had this happen in any games.

I have the game patched and my PC specs are P4 1.7ghz, 512 ram, Radeon 9200SE.

The game runs like butter, but for some reason that thing keeps happening to me. Any ideas?

I had a similar problem. WC3 would run fine for 5-10 mins before it would freeze. It turned out to be a mobo and VC compatibility problem.

    WC3 TFT runs fine now.

You can try and turn off VPU recovery via your driver control panel but I beleive to fix this issue, simply change your AGP Speed. Probably can't handle 8X AGP. Try it and see

I had a similar problem a long time ago with my Geforce DDR, the AGP speed setting resolved it.
