1.02 patch installed or not?

I reinstalled BF2 patched it but only took , like a second to patch ,useually it take 4 or 5 min... it said it patch succsessfully, once i enter the game all the servers are blocked Red?

I have deleted all files pertaining to BF2 and the patch? What next , Thanks
