Can anyone give step by step instructions on how to install bf experience?

Open the .rar, extract the mod to your BF2/mods folder, if you use the default installation path, that could be found in C:/Program Files/EA Games/Battlefield 2/Mods/, extract the folder there. Then go into the extracted folder and run the levels.bat in the levels folder, then you should be set to play. (I made the mod :) )

life gets in the way most of the time. I only mod for fun in my spare time anymore.

I dont have a folder and if i click on the rar file i get Windows can not open this file, should i send it do zipped folder or just move it to the mods thing

You need to unrar the archive. I suggest you download Winrar.

Meh, when I played it, to me it seemed like a bunch of new skins, the classes changed around, and new sounds. Not really a huge barrel of fun IMO. Oh, and I know where you got the sound for the Dragunov from..
