If you are not playing as the medic kit, and you see a fellow team mate killed then (if your not being shot at) check IF HE IS A DEAD MEDIC. Because then you can grab his kit and revive him, you will end up as medic, but at least you have kept him alive.
I know this may be obvious to some people, but I doubt many people do it. Only once have I been playing as medic (thats not often) and found som1 quick enough to grab my kit and revive me. It is a simple thing to do, but keeps more of the team alive.

Me and a mate do that all the time, if i go down he runs over, picks up my kit and brings me back. Then i stop shouting at him to save me, lol. Then I get to use his M95 for a little while, and he gets to use my L85. If we carry on, and he goes down, i'll swap again and we'll have our kits back. I usually moan at him for treating my beautiful rifle badly... and whats this stain on the SUSAT? Tut tut tut.

Oldish news, but still a good tip. It can really help to keep the ball rolling if you are playing in a squad.

Also, if you kill medics or supports, and the area is clear for a moment, it can be a good idea to loot the corpses and throw a few packs out. It's a great way to get heals and reloads if you are on your own.

Thats all well and good but the medic you revived now picks up your kit, so hes no longer a medic :P

It have happened to me many a time. I play medic 90% of the time and I´ve probably experienced people picking up my gear and reviving me 50 times. Its a good tip, though its been covered. The only time it sucks getting revived like that is when there is no kit around for yourself. Then you end up running around for a dead guys kit or get shot :)

I do this all the time, also in battle with one vs one and the enemy get killes but I am hurt I check his kit and if medic I take it , heal myself, and take my own kit back most of the time
