Can anyone recommend a mod:

I'm looking for a mod (or work in progress) that is ground combat only. Prefebly no vehicles, just good old fashioned infantry and rifles.

I loved Basra Nights on Desert Combat, I used to own that map (Well, the Spec-Ops M4 helped). I'd often have a 10:1 kill:death ratio, but that was usually because all the tank/chopper lovers suddenly had to learn how to shoot

I was wondering the same thing, I dont think there will be any like that. I know there is a Civil War Mod, (US Civil War) that they are still working on I hope. Also there is a wildwest mod and revoultionary war mod.

Well you should join up with Operation Restoring Hope, not many vehicles in it but a lot of good old fashion infantry combat. We have a pretty big mod team and our progress is going pretty fast so if you want to join any mod then let it be this mod. Here is a link to the sight.

Thanks for the info guys, I will check those all out.

I just get tired of running from choppers and tanks, or some guy camping a flag with a tank picking everyone off. Or in the case of thursday night, a chopper hovering over a flag which wasn't turning because there were a couple of people hiding in the buildings. So everyone that spawned was instantly wasted by the chopper. His score went up and up, and technically he is trying to cap the flag.
