"There is an error listening on a socket" help anyone

Every 3 out of 5 times I log in it says "There is an error listening on a socket" does someone know what this means and would know how to stop it would be great. anyone else get this issue i would also like to hear about! Thanks:)

"There is an error listening on a socket" I believe is a "registry" error.
Look for free registry software on the net download and test then fix.
