Error?

I was playing BF2 and suddenly there was a huge power outage, and everything in the house turned off, I was scared sh!tless...

Ever since then whenever I go to quit in the BF2 menu, it quits, but while in the small black screen and before the desktop fades in, it does a quik series of beeps/horn/honk sound thing, the sound that plays when theres an error, like the really load one, not the beep.

Should I reinstall BF2 just to be safe? My account won't be deleted correct?

PS: BF2 runs perfectly otherwise than that wierd beep/horn etc. what ever the sound is...

Well when you have power outages, it can sometimes affect your hardware. i.e. your memory, which could possibly cause your beeping problems. Atleast your games still work which isnt a problem.

You can delete the game and everything that came with it, no problem. All the info is saved on the EA servers, so you can use your account from any computer really, you just need to retreive it. That's all.
