Whats the Differance?
Can anyone tell me the difference between Ultra-ATA and Serial-ATA. Cause I am looking for a hard drive.

Yes, Ultra ATA is in refrence to the older IDE spec, which came in different flavors, such as ultra 33, 66, 100, 133, etc. Serial ATA is known as SATA and is a newer spec. It uses a different interface, different cables etc. The two are not compatable. SATA drives use a small thin cable with only a few wires, where IDE uses a fat ribbon cable with 80 wires. Unless your computer is pretty new, you will have the IDE spec. You can get a PCI SATA controller if you want to get an SATA drive that is more future proof. Most new motherboards still have both connectors, but IDE will be slowly phased out.
