Serial Number

I bought this game the day it came out. I played it for awhile and then uninstalled it, now I'm tring to reinstalled it but I lost the book that came with it. I think the book had the serial number on it because i don't see it anyware on the box. (I bought the dvd version). So I was wondering if there was anyway to get another serial number without mailing EA my cd and $10, which I think is ********.

If the registry entries for BF2 hasn't been wiped by uninstallation, you might find it there:

WINKEY+R (Run Menu) and type regedit.exe

Find [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Electronic Arts\EA Games\Battlefield 2\ergc] and the value in there will be you CD-Key.
