Textures will not allow dust plz help.

Anyone have a fix for this plz.
I have edited this request for a m8.

I am very sorry to tell you this, but there is no solution for that problem. Me, and many other people from this forum, from EA's forum, from planetbattlefield forums and many other forums could not solve that problem. About a month ago, i had the same problem. I had spent about a week just for painting surrounding terrain in a 1024 x 1024 map. And i encountered that problem. It drove me crazy. I spent countless hours to figure out what i did wrong, but i couldn't. Please read this topic. It will answer most of the questions you will ask and save you time.

Just to sum up:

1. Don't send the map to anyone, whoever you send the map, will have the same problem in that map AND in any other new terrains they will create. They will have to reinstall the editor the game and the patch.

2. Reinstalling the game, patch, and the editor will NOT fix your problem, don't waste time.

3. Copying original level or terrain files from other maps will NOT fix your problem.

Just read that topic very very carefully. I am really sorry. Hopefully you haven't spent so much time for your map.

Hi guys,
thanks Greatwhite for asking this,
however, i sorted the matter of no dust,
when you save,make sure you tick all the terrain and all the lightmap stuff,
and bang,you have working dust again,
and if you add more paint with new paints,the dust works on them too .
