the guys u killed in the plane was noob cause never slow down your plane ulsess you are severely hit and are at main and are totaly sure there is no more ennemy jet out there. for me you wouldn't stand a chance as 75%of my jet attack are successfull(i mean in a fighter(2bombs)) and i attack 90' from top so i can see my teamate near the ennemy even at 600feet. never knew what hit ya . anyway, everybody make mistakes and the guy maybe hit escape or his girlfriend slaped his face cause hes playing too much often hehe:p

I fly the bomber exclusively and I cant understand pilots that take off without a co pilot.... I will take off if no one comes to the jet after I say jump in several times but Im talking about the guys that jump in and see you coming yet take off.

one time I got two jet kills with two tank shells on Oman right at the very start of the round...it was the greatest thing ever, complete luck.

yeah and that tardiff guy is an idiot "for me you wouldn't stand a chance" ummm of course not the ****ing jets are unbalanced like crazy, keep telling yourself you have skill there fella but too bad ya don't.

BF2 is just buggy. Thats all there is to it really. I have actually shot down an enemy jet with AA and got punished for 3 tk's???? (yes I am sure he was an enemy, don't start.)
Then I've AT'd a chopper, watched it crash and got no points.
Watched an AT rocket go right through a buggy.....
No points for an AT mine kill.....

Meh, just got to accept it and move on really

If I had to count all the times I have gotten no kills from obvoius kills... well nothing much would be different...

they need to but jet armor on helos, and leave jets as is to make the world a better place!

As for reasons people take off solo in bombers- Some maps, its just dumb to go solo, but there are a lot of dumb people playing (and if someone isn't going to wait for you to hop in, chances are they never would have let you get a shot off anyway). Sometimes though, the person taking the bomber *knows* they won't be able to line their co-pilot up for a shot so they just take off. I was playing on Oman last night and there were two quite good USMC pilots which meant that both MEC planes were kept pretty busy between trying to knock the US fighters down, trying to take out the occasional helicopter, and trying not to be blown to crap by the fighters that kept trying to tail us. I was in our bomber and managed to get a couple quick "what the heck" bomb kills just from dropping either after someone got away or if I expected that I was *not* going to get away, but other than that it was almost entirely a dogfight even for the bomber, there just *wasn't* time to slow down and fly level enough for a laser shot to be worth a damn.

Also- if you have a co-pilot in the bomber, you *do* have to fly a bit more slowly than normal... but if you have someone who can keep enemy fighters off your tail it is well worth it from the absolute havoc you can wreak upon the enemy motorpool (high and slow, nice level flight, your co-pilot can nail a couple vehicles on the way in, you dive out, drop your bombs, climb back up to reload and he can pop a couple more off on the way home). You *can't* use the missiles effectively at high speeds/very low altitude, they just don't turn well enough.

Ok so I'm rolling along the East-Side beach at Clean Sweep in my tank, and I see a US jet coming at me slow over the water, ready to bomb my ass to hell. So I pop off a shot and blow him up. Very fun, wicked satisfying, but I didn't get any credit. It just said "WussyPilot is no more."

Anyone else?

It's not the first time I've shot down a jet with a tank, but I never had time to look at the messages. I just assumed it would say Attila05 [f'n tank] FliesLikeADufus

The guy must have been a real idiot and deserved to get shot like that. Anyone flying that low for that long is not very bright.

WOO, satisfying is when I unlocked the m95 about 5 minutes ago. Playing sharki whatever its called, a mec helicopter was try to take the most southern base, by the docks. I just so happened to be in the right place at the right time. He was hovering with his co pilot very low, I popped the pilot, the heli foated down. I then shot the co pilot in the dead. Most satisfying thing I've EVER done in a game. It was soooo fun. I LOVE THIS SNIPER.
