Is there no way of universally naming or numbering the flags? It doesnt even have to be ingame, maybe a sytem of numbering in a specific physical order, so when someone says "flag 2" everyone knows which flag he means. Just a thought. Might help some of the idiots running around.

Re: Flag identification
i thought they were named u see it come up when it gets neutralised "MrChris_CJ captured the suburbs" etc etc -
Re: Flag identification
in scrims we number the flags 1-4 (usually scrimming on 16 player maps) - they're numbered from the northernmost flag (#1) then clockwise in direction...
but as far as pubbing goes, every flag has a name, just learn what they are called.... "construction site" "gas station" "power plant" etc.....Comment

Re: Flag identification
Naturally. But this involves modifying the game, which is comlicated to say the least, and will probably will conflict with PB. I'm just thinking of an agreed upon system, just between players. Equally hard to accomplish, perhaps, but I'm hoping.Originally posted by RuhangaHow about if the name would be floating on the flag? Would this help?Comment

Re: Flag identification
I use cardinal directions. You can explain most the points that way.
The simplest solution would have been to have all the flags given a letter or number on the map. Would make it so much easier to say, "go to B" than "go to the southern most of the western flags".Comment

Re: Flag identification
Like he said. The easiest way to leanr them is by their names. Go buy the Primo guide or search for online game guides. Learning them by the real names is easiest, considering that they all are named like they actually look like.Originally posted by The_Misfitin scrims we number the flags 1-4 (usually scrimming on 16 player maps) - they're numbered from the northernmost flag (#1) then clockwise in direction...
