You can all see my rank and hours played,If they reset the stats I wouldnt give a monkies as long as there is fair play.

I can get back faster and enjoy the game more as I do so after a reset.

the next patch will totally revise the scoring system so it would make sense to reset them. I can only hope it'll be made easier (faster) to unlock multiple weapons, the awards I'll earn again null sweat

Nowbody at official side ever said anything about stats reset, every BF2 site non official ever said anything about stats reset.
As I said before, this would be very bad marketing and EA isn't stupid.

and as I said before, EA will PREVENT exploiting with patch 1.03 , not solving the exploiting that happend in the past.

Also if they where going to reset the stats anyway, why reset electrix his stats now ? or sending the message in the world people there stats are going to be reset if they knife/pisol ... , why? would be realy stupid if everybodys stats are going to be reset anyway.

Ahh..the stats reset rumor...

First off...many people were talking about this one MONTH after the game was first released. Guess what: never happened.

IF EA wants to reset the stats, they had better back it up with some changes. What I would like done: reduce the scores necessary to jump the first three ranks. That way people could quickly pick up three unlocks. Two, remove all stats padding abilities INCLUDING the BH whoring. In the BH whoring, the only people that should pick up points are the gunners and the pilots. Everyone else onboard gets NOTHING. But I would like to say that the ONLY thing that gunners and pilots get are kill/assist kill points. Pilots would pick up chopper/driver skill points. No more flag capping for the BH....or any other chopper for that matter.

So, go ahead and reset the stats EA. Just make it so that it only takes 20K points to get to sergeant and three unlocks. After that...make the points more aggressive.

Oh...and one more thing...please add CTF and Last Man Standing gameplay...

I hate to inform you all but I along with Jessie Jackson and the naacp have hit EA with a large lawsuit in reguard to how there "stat system" is horrifically racist!!! Example: if you use the Anti-tank or support class witch everyone knows is an exclusivly african american class on the US side you are slower and therefore cannot beat teamates to vehicles esspecially planes,to score more points by whoring and dropping bombs, how many black pilots do you see??? The man is keeping the brothers down, also the AT and Support class for china and the MEC are the same, no different that the other classes witch is just another example of the white man looking at the black man as a foreigner. We are suggesting that all african american classes are twice the speed of the other (white) soldiers and start out with 100 points each map and also earn points for teamkilling. (black on black or preferably black on white) So when the next patch comes out and all the white classes stats are reset and the african american classes devide all those points up evenly to make up for 4 months of oppression (and thats still not enough) dont be crying, its not your fault (unless you exclusively play the "cracker classes"). As a side note any AT or Support player will be able to kick the commander unless he is also an AT or support player. Keep up the fight and "Kill Whitey!!"

People starting those thing haven't got a clue of how the game works,they don't tell how the AT guy is slower because he has one freaking big bazooka with him that takes out jeeps, tanks, choppers, .... and can be used as sniper weapon.

They don't tell also the support guy has a machine gun with 200 rounds in it, spreading ammo which gives him massive points etc...

A real bunch of crap, glad I live in europs where lawsuites over crap don't happen and everyone reacts normal to things instead of overreacting andblowing things up

Im A corpral with about 14000 points, and I wouldnt mind a stat reset. Why? Because I hate my current unlocks! I got the M95, and the L8, and both are actually downgrades from their american counterparts. (M24 is much better, and the M16 is the best weapon in the game, no question) I would love to get those picks back, and a reset would also help my K/D ratio. I guess my 1.1 isnt bad, but I would be a lot better if I wasnt such a HORRIBLE NOOB. lol

i only have about 2,500 totall points...
so i dont think it would matter that much to me...

but still, i dont think it would be very fair to all the people that have lots of NON-cheating , and NON-exploited points...

i still think that about 9 out of 10 people that play this game, are playing it fairly...
not cheating, not exploiting, not cheesing...

If you play for the stats then maby you all should get into D&D or somthing. I usually play on an *gasp* UNRANKED server. I guess I should kill myself if they reset me back to zero. Hell I got a promotion by accident one day on a ranked server at the start of the game. lol

Disagree. I play stats so I can observe my performance and get pretty medals, and badges. I am not obsessive over my stats to the point of "Omg! I got level 60 Beastmaster!"
