Heh the only reason a stat reset would bother me that much is because I'd have to wait until 10,500 points again to be able to get my two favourite guns in the game. My stats aren't that great, but I love my guns.

i think i speak for most people when i say that we play not for the stats, but for the feeling of earned unlocked weapons... as if bf2 were an rpg/fps which it basically is.. we play for the unlocking of new alternate weapons that make the game more fun for us so in the end it all comes down to playing on ranked servers for the feeling of accomplishment which then leads to fun.

I don't play for stats but because they're there, I have a sense of accomplishment when my numbers rise or my accuracy improves or a get a little badge and it's reflected in the numbers. I like the stripes. I would feel betrayed if all that were taken away. This is just a game and of course life would go on its' merry course without BF2 or th stats or this community but I've come to enjoy all this. I would very much like to see things continue as they are without EA and Dice resetting the stats. It's just not necessary and would obviously do more harm than good.

I can get back faster and enjoy the game more as I do so after a reset.

Im A corpral with about 14000 points, and I wouldnt mind a stat reset. Why? Because I hate my current unlocks! I got the M95, and the L8, and both are actually downgrades from their american counterparts. (M24 is much better, and the M16 is the best weapon in the game, no question) I would love to get those picks back, and a reset would also help my K/D ratio. I guess my 1.1 isnt bad, but I would be a lot better if I wasnt such a HORRIBLE NOOB. lol

there wouldnt be fair play. all the ppl that were naughty the first time around would be naughty all over again. as well as several hundred/thousand ppl that are ****ed off over losing their shinies and guns.

Yea I agree caz i hav only a couple more deaths than kills but I really like my stats and if they were reset I wouldnt complain I would

1] Cry a bit :cry:
2] Cry a bit more :cry:
3] One more cry for good luck :cry:
4]Complain about it for the next month :hmm:
5]Then finally try and get my stats back

P.S. If you reset them EA I will never buy one of your games!...................Unless its a cool game that I need

My K/D ratio is crap, my number of matches lost is higher that the number of matches won (got no chance of the WCR)... bring on the reset.

stat reset doesnt matter cuz i only look at that one anyway; it doesnt bias towards the no lifers so u could reset everybodys stats and within a week or two that leaderboard would prolly have a lot of the same rankings, seeing as its pretty consistant when judging pplz
