aircrafts bepping noises

is there anyway to turn off the beeping on an aircraft? i mean the ****er beeps even when like a teamate is just passing by!!!

YES its works, and is damn annoying...

Flying the cobra on Daging Oilfields is going to give me tinnitis in my freaking ears from all the stingers, jets, and linebackers I've lifted off the pad, been 20' in the air, and been locked from that point on by various things...ugh

I like to lock on to aircraft from a stinger and just let it sit for a while until I reacquire after they waste their flares and have a good shot. I even stay locked on while I'm reloading, just to keep them guessing. I love watching them fly around like a squirrel on crack trying to break it.

this beeping dont bothers me. when i hear it, its automatic:i turn way hard to dodge something i usually never see. this beeping is a pre-reflex-anti-anti-air. dunno why u dont like it. if it was a cristmas tune i would be bothered hearing this beep non-stop. anyways its part of the game, if you dont like it and dont use it, dont fly, its not for you, i would be glad to take your airplane cause u hate flying them. with my 12:1 k/d ratio in an airplane i know what im talking about.
