I just wish you could just bind keys for certain orders. As far as all the different squad commands. I think that, thats what VIOP is for! Or TS or Ventrillo.

They need an option for volume control on the radio, it way overrides the game sounds often, complimentary - they need hand signals, so if you have the radio volume down you can see people doin hand signals, I think the icons on the minimap with out sound (ie radio volume turned down) would be enough to know whats going on without to much trouble.
