how to get basic knife if you already got veteran knife???

i already had over 100 knife kills when i made my 7 kills in 1 round for the first time, and got awarded with veteran knifebadge. but i didnt even had my basic yet. this week i had 7 kills in 1 round again and got basicbadge but it never showed up in my stats (playing on ea server).
i know its only a badge, but its still a bit weird

same happens to me with pistol badge but i dont care.

to get basic and vet requires 7 in a round and a certain ammount global, if you had 100, you meet requirements for basic and got both vet and basic at once even if it only shows vet.

Basic is no additional badge, a Veteran badge overwrites the Basic badge, so there is no need to have a Basic if you got Veteran.

For anyone that has either the Veteran or Expert Knife Badge... are there any of you out there that have NEVER been to a pistol/knife-only server?

If you HAVE earned your Knife Badges this way, do you feel dirty?

I'm still going mad trying to get my expert knife badge I have 170 knife kills (global) and my basic and vet badge, but can I hell get 18 kills in one round.

So DaDDeh... am I correct in deducing that your silence to my question means you "earned" your Veteran Knife Badge in a pistol/knife-only server?

Whenever I see the silver and gold pistol/knife badges I automatically think, "pistol/knife-only server attendee" or "They got together with a buddy and padded." Am I wrong with this assumption? Are there actually people out there that have earned these badges legit?

I got both my expert pistol and knife b4 knife/pistol servers were even up, but they arent worth anything, just a goal you have for yourself to see if you can get it.

i only play at ea uk 64 player servers, 7 knife/pistol kills in a round isnt that hard. 18 kills is hard tho

100% Legit, no padding, no knife/pistol only servers.

I got my Expert knife badge on Sharqi peninsula 100% legit. I think that is the easiest map to get it on.
If u play as MEC u can sneak up behind the enemy lines when the map starts and get a lot of knife kills cause they are ALL facing the middle MEC base:p

This is one of those badges that u feel good about having, most other badges are just based on how much u have played the game, thats just stupid
Just one example: the Veteran supply badge, it requires 10 resupply points in one round plus 500 hours(!!!!) played as support class... I mean, how hard is it to get 10 resupply points in one round
