I think I remember hearing somewhere that you just need 250 global hours of play.

250 Global Hours of play and I think it was 20 or 30min on server as a MEC. And the same goes for the US and China Ribbon.

And you get the secret ultimate kickass weapon unlock when u get the US ribbon. So good luck for everyone getting that ribbon.
