Installing a Mod

I'm sure it's listed somewhere in this forum but I'd rather not go through the trouble. It's just so much easier to ask: What's the proper way to install a mod so that it's playable with single and non-LAN multiplayer?

you just unpack the zip to the mods folder
and usually has a file you have to run under the levels part of the mod to convert all the levels

Thanks a bunch. Little hints like yours should be required stickies in all forums. I don't recall that something or anything like it is in the manual.

yea some mods even come with readmes on how install. i dont see why the one you got didnt
