promotion not working

    promotion not working

    when i was playing a game today, i killed someone and it said "you have been promoted to Private First Class" or something like that, but later when i checked on the BFHQ, it said that my rank was still private, yet the experience bar was full white.
    whats wrong?

      Sometimes it takes a while to update. Just be patient and log back in in a couple hours. Usually that does the trick.

          Log back in and get a couple of points. It should work after that.

              Few things. Either wait a little till it updates or relogin in.
              The keep playing option works when you werent promoted at all.
              If you still dont get it after the first two just keep playing and you will get it some day

                      I was promoted to Corporal just yesterday and it probably took about 30-40 minutes for it to finally update.

                      As a matter of fact, the stats seem to be really slow lately...
