Client Date Wont Load Wtf

ok guys, i recently got charter cable installed in my apt, 100 mbps, it loads the game fine and everything but when it starts to load the client data the internet blinks for 5-7 seconds then comes back on for about 15-20 seconds, and its very frustrating. it does it randomly throughout the day but ALWAYS does it as soon as the client data is being loaded. i live in auburn. i don't know if charter is fixing all their cables from katrina or not, my roommate is calling them now...anyone else having any similar problems?

Katrina is most likely the cause. It will take a long while most likely for everything to be 100%.

However, you can go to:

And run a line test (you will need to create a free account to run the line test). There are also other helpful tools on that page as well for testing your ISP's lines, etc.
