Im not sure if im willing too,the games better be damn good,HL2 was 55$ and it was good,can the same be said of the next-gen games?

is there a choice? i guess if noone buys the "next-gen" system they will lower the prices.
for me i will buy SOME games. most i will rent.

whats $60 in £'s? if its over £40, then i'm gonna go crazy.

I remember when N64 games were £60. I'm so glad i didn't buy an N64 and waste £60 on one crappy game when the Playstation was far cheaper and better.

I have only bought 2 games at $50 , GTA San Andreas and BF2 the rest I just wait for a sale.

I'm gona wait for for COD 2 to go on sale like I did for COD1 and the expansion I got them both for $20.

The second mods start coming out for xbox 360 ima mod mine and get games for free like im doing now, soft mod that goes on live and didnt have to even pay for it, complete ownage on microsoft. Still kinda really stupid for them to make it into a computer and put a hd in, just asking to be modded.

yeah, most games out here are £30-40 so i would be quite happy to pay that amount for X360 and Ps3 games.

Definately won't be buying the first volley of games, since every company seems to release crap games when the system first goes live. With the Xbox there were several months where all I had was Halo, and the more I played it the more I realized it was hyped. With so much praise for Halo 2 i'm afraid that Microsoft will read that as it being okay to release a POS game and then blame it on the fans.

Will definately be making more use of Blockbuster.
