Battlefield 2[need help](Urgently)

Hi, i'm just passed from 5900XT to 6600GT and with battlefield 2 updated to the last patch (1.02)
i've formatted... and installed the 77.77 driver
with 3d mark my score is 7543 and i think that there isn't problems...with a pentium 4 2.8Ghz 'n 1GBDDR
With Doom3,Half Life2 and GTA:SA i haven't any problem
what could i do?

I don't understand what you're asking.... are you saying that this game runs bad; but Doom 3, HL2, and GTA: SA run good?

Battlefield 2 with medium details and no aa (only the terrains is high but the difference is a bit) runs bad than these games

I'm assumig the problem is:

The game in multi spring very much and also in single

What resolution are you running at?
What graphics settings are you running at?
Do you have any other applications running in the background?

mhh... usually i never play with these settings
but later i do a test with these details (now with desktop i'm playing with hl2 and there is no problem)

It would be nice to know if it was truly a performance issue...if you STILL had the problem at 800x600 and low settings, then it likely has nothing to do with your PCs horsepower.

WTH I have a p4 2.8 2 gigs of ram and a x800xl and my 3dmark score was 4603!!

with 3dmark 03 when i'd just formatted the score was about 6530 with the cd driver and with 77.77, some games and software installed was as i sad
but i was surprise with these score, also because to the processor there isn't any overclock
later i read the links of Talus
For the first time HL2 run as i want
maybe i reinstall BF2 if the Talus's links doesn't works with me
BUT at the end of augost didn't go out the new patch?

The new patch was pushed back and the release date is 'what it's done'.

Most of us are expecting it by mid to late September..but that doesn't mean much.

Have you tried deleting the cache files?

C:\Documents and Settings\{Your username here}\My Documents\Battlefield 2\mods\bf2\cache
