Where can I find details on weapons/vehicles damage stats? Finding out what noise levels weapons operate at would be helpful too?

I have found the weapon damage stats are misleading because certain weapons damage certain entities differently. For example, bullets from a Mobile AA vehicle will inflict more damage upon aircraft than it will against a ground based target. I guess what I'm trying to say is certain vehicles/infantry are more vulunerable to damage from one type of weapon than another.
