i havent even played any mods because i dont kno how too extract the file and play the mod do you no how to do it??

Some of them are self extracting and you simply install it

WCC COOP MOD is great it has about 50 bots enlarged maps more veichles helio's jets great fun.

50 bots is too much for most systems, I haxed it to 30 and the game runs great, just the right amount for a decent firefight.
I play this mod too, recommended.

Navigate to: C:\Program Files\EA Games\Battlefield 2\mods\WCC\AI\
Open the file "AIDefault.ai" and find the line:

aiSettings.setMaxNBots 50

and change it to

aiSettings.setMaxNBots 29

Save the file.
This will give you 30 people in a game including yourself.
14 bots and you on 1 team and 15 bots on another team.

Mercenaries is an absolutely storking mod for single player.

Gulf of oman + M24 + 10round magazine + constant scope view (you don't zoom out to do the bolt thing, like the SVD) + one shot kill = bot ownage, baby.
i got 108 kills like this, in 15 minutes...what fun!

its fun, the rest of the weapons are also upgraded, and all the maps are so different from the original..gulf of oman is a good example of this.

Not much mods out there, best mod I've played is one made by a friend of mine. We're using it to make our video, War at the Borders. Sorry guys, it's not going public, but it probrally will be when we're done with Episode 1.
