I finished the Guild Wars co-op campaign with some friends of mine (our 4 man guild )..we tried a little pvp and just couldn't seem to get much fun out of it. By now, there are so many character builds that just pwn everybody out there..

I'm playing BF2 to pass the time until the release of the BF2 patch

its true though.. if u dont enjoy the game right now and have bneen waiting so intently for the patch so u can "start" enjoying it.. i doupt it will all of a sudden chang eur opinion... personly the bug dont "bug" me that much other than the TK punish and being teamchanged when i am a commander on a team already.

I have both 1.0 and 1.02 instaled and i can hardly tell the difference without looking at the patch release notes. i run 1.0 with my friends who downloaded hte game and 1.02 with valid peoples for rankes.

Yea i've stoped playing bf2 alot, i'm back into callofduty: united offesnive 64 player CTF.. so fun. I suggest you guys with cod to come and play and wait for the patch

But really, bf2 is still one of the best games out. Patch or no patch. I love my gulf of oman.

my newest fad is gunz online. 100% free multiplayer game with tons of people in it. you lvl up and buy new weapons and clothes. pretty cool

im with the guy who plays command and conquer: zerp hour. man is that fun! i still play alot of bf2 tho , cuz the PKM needs to be fed. i want the patch to nerf the n00b tube, cuz it is getting rediculous when 90% of my deaths are from it

Guild Wars is the sh!t. After I formatted, I only installed BF2 and GW, for the following reasons:

Rome: Total War is awesome, it's so f00king fun, but the multiplayer coding is bad as hell. At least half the games on the menu don't let you connect for some reason, and half those will have "Connection Problems", the remaining 1/4 will have people with sh!tty systems so they lag like hell... Ugh... R:TW Pwnz when you can find a decent server...

I will not re-install CS:S... 30 min installation + 1 hour "Decrypting" + 1 hour Installing updates + 2 hours DLing maps... Forget it

C&C Generals: ZH I'll look into re-installing, that game was fun as hell. I havn't played an RTS in ages.

Far Cry was the best FPS ever, but BF2 has all the features of FC that I liked and then some, so no point in THAT...

The patch delay is having the exact opposite effect on me, I want to play as much as I can because I have a feeling they’re going to screw up the game with some of the gameplay tweaks. Yeah, everyone hates bunny hopping and frogging but if you can’t even jump over a small railing after the patch I don’t know if I could adapt, all the retarded spec-ops waiting in line to destroy the commander assets yet taking away the ability to repair them with a supply crate drop. Stuff like that makes me worry about the other 140 changes they haven’t listed.
