Need Help With Pictures

Hi, I have some really cool pictures that I took while playing BF2 and I was trying to post them but it wouldn't let me can someone let me know why and please tell me who I have to contact so I can get the pictures on the site.. Thank you

Upload them to www.photobucket.com. When you get them, copy and paste the URL of your picture and add the [img]pictureurlhere[/img] tags to it.

BLeh, you do not have permission to access this page. This could be due to one of several reasons:

Your user account may not have sufficient privileges to access this page. Are you trying to edit someone else's post, access administrative features or some other privileged system?

I get this message when I try and do a post in the "Picture of the day" section of the forums

you have to submit pics if you want it to be potd. the link is on the front page somewhere iirc.
