Hi, guys i ordered battlefield 2 over a internet site and should be here soon . but i was wondering if my computer will even be able to play it?

Here are my system specs:

1gb DDR ram
Palit Nvidia GeForce 6200 256MB GPU
Pentium 4 1.8ghz
60gb HDD
512kbs ADSL

only thing thats really lacking is processor speed but should be able to handle it fine, everything else is nice. Maybe not max settings but should run pretty clean.

how much would a new processor and mother board be? i want a AMD. oh and also wat AMD and wat motherboard?

save your money, if it can run then leave it, if it can't, get a new motherboard, im running on min specs( worse than urs except for the CPU)

depends which processor you want and which motherboard, but it would normaly be between 200-350 bucks. But as I said depends, if you amd 64, xp, which motherboard, pci e or agp etc.

Did you try the demo? I think it will run it but if you hate the settings you could play on the build your self a new computer,thats what I did. I was going to do the Intel to AMD switch this month but I calmed down because I wont be using my computer for a long time because I'm out of here in 4 months but when I come back I'm gona build me the best AMD gaming system.
