Hey the maps don't work for me After they load BF2 closes and I go back to desktop, any idea why??

Which map are you trying to load? If you are having problems with Smyrna some people might. I have problems with that map loading too.

Are you trying to load in Single player? Single player does not work with any custom maps at this moment.

you must create a local server - or connect to an online game - does not work for single player

I hope EA/DICE consider one or more of these maps in a future patch. Personally EA/DICE should release a new ranked map each month or two.
