Plzzzzz Help not workin

I purchased a new copy of battlefield 2 but see its again not workin.The problem is very common ,it quits to desktop.i tried it in windowed mode and got error massage 495.Failed to find a valid format for windowed mode.

Any help we will be very much appriaciated

here its my system

AMD Anthelon 64bit 4000+
Nvidia geforce 6600gt
512mb ram

Did you install the most recent drivers for your gfx card?

Make sure your video, sound, and motherboard drivers are the most current available.

This may be stupid, but you have windows xp?

Yeah im very sure that i have letest drivers for my graphic card
i updated them only 1 week ago.

Re-install them (be sure to uninstall and clean them using DriverCleaner3!). In your case you should have 77.77. If that doesn't work please post back exactly what is occuring and when.
