Advanced combat moves

Has anyone else seen ppl doing combat rolls and rolling while prone? Ive only seen it a few times and I was wondering if these moves are unlocked at a certain rank or are they only available to a certain class.

its just an animation...
everyone can do it...

While moving, hitting the prone button will initiate the animation. You won't see it yourself (unless you're somehow in 3rd person), but everyone who's watching you can.

Moving sideways does a cool sideways roll, while moving forward will do a dive.

yeah you just go prone while strafing, you dont see it, but everyone else does

Yeah, strafe to eitherside and prone, although it looks like you just hit the dirt it's kinda annoying and cheap, you're actually roling to the ground, to the person that's shooting at the guy who's rolling it actually looks like a roll, and is almost impossible to hit someone when they do that. It's another glitch that Dice made.
