He wasn't a "BIG" statpadder. His stats were reset because they caught him playing on a knife only ranked server. Unfair IMO since they reset his stats before they warned about it to the public.

lol well those servers was a big statting party, almost no deaths because medics running around reviving everyone, so you could get 40 kills and no deaths, and if you were medic, another 40-50 revivies and what every kills you got on the way, stat padding?
