I wrote these just based on experience on playing aircrafts and in no way am I admitting that I am an expert in this field. This is not meant for people who have mastered the aeriel sector or are just beginning to enter it.
Some of these stuff here are pretty unorthodox so if you have any comments just dish it out.
Missle Guidance System
One very pertinent factor in honing your skills for aeriel dominance would be an understanding of the missle guidance system. This factor seems to be very elusive to most pilots.
An important fact to note is that the missle when fired , although locked on , is still heat seeking. Thus it can still seek out any other sources of heat, such as flares, other aircrafts , helicopters , or any other heat source such as those oil tower fires. This presents a plethora of strategies that can be implemented into your flight plan.
Losing an Enemy Missle
This is simple enough if there are other enemy aviation nearby or if there is a heat source. Simply fly below or above them then proceed to fly in a straight line infront of them. Thus the missle would have no choice but to lock on to the heat source and it would not follow you. This would not only prevent you from getting a hit , it would also cause team damage to the opponent aviator.
A nefarious act by some but still cause-worthy to your team in the game.
There was once in kubra dam when I was attacked by two pilots, when there were about 7 missles locked on to me ( 3 fired by 1 pilot , 4 were from ground mobile AA ) , I simply used my afterburners and went infront of the other aircraft, and though I got killed by the mobile AA below, the mobile AA proceeded to destroy the bomber aircraft and the other fighter aircraft resulting in 3 teamkills, which is far more detrimental than a solitary kill.
The bombing part ( Not how to bomb )
Its important to judge where your bombs will land, and in the case of pilots who consider themselves more advanced, it is also instrumental to be able to control how your bomb lands. Seeing the physics of battlefield 2 , speed seems to be of a limiting factor as some bombs just seem to defy the natural laws of gravitational acceleration or moving momentum.
However in bombing you want it to be accurate, clinical and decisive, rather than loading up a few H-bombs and hoping the world will be alright after dropping them off ( well off-topic but .. point made anyway :) ). Thus control is important.
Diving from a right altitude and a right position would be a start. This would be for a 1 seater fighter pilot who wishes for an accurate and clinical bombing on a solitary target. Go up high but not too high , make sure the target is in your sights and dive 45 degrees to it and if you are high enough 90 degrees or 75. Make sure both bombs are off before you pull up.
Now controlling how it lands would be severely difficult. Elevation of the land of the part you might want to bomb could put you in a difficult position, as a bomb could miss and land in a crater. Thus make sure the angle of approach is correct, when you dive-bomb , bomb away from the direction of an angle of elevation or an inclination. Make sure the bomb hits in a delicate spot or a direct spot, and not fall out of position by a few inches missing a critical hit. This would also prevent the common " I missed him by 1 cm " bombs.

B signifies where the bomb should land . A is the target. Release the bombs late instead of early in this manouvre if the target is moving. If it is stationary and firing I would recommend the traditional 45/90 degree dive bombing.
When bombing a target which is near a hill , release the bombs infront of the target in the direction of the higher angle of inclination. Due to a rise in elevation the bombs, even if a miss occurs, will still cause considerable damage. If released early it should hit spot on with the target. This is due to the fact that there are 2 bombs, and to fully utilise the advantages they give, drop 1 infront then pull up slightly so the other bomb gains a slight angular change , destroying a wider area with the same intensity. Since it is a hilly area the bombs would not be nullified in a craterial scenario.
Stalling
Note : Only if you know you will lose to the enemy pilot
A pilots worst fear would be trying to lose an enemy and stalling, but stalling smartly can be a good trick. One very cheap method would be to pretend to do a " Go up and divert and redivert trick " , but instead of rediverting you simply divert halfway and go up even more, and if he fires a missle , flare it away while you are diverting halfway. Chances are he will take the bait and follow you up. Do not afterburn or increase your speed, simply take the airplane up and when it stalls and spirals bail . If the opponent has taken the bait he would have stalled to , and this leads to a tie situation. Note that this does not work all the time , good pilots would just fire a missle straight up and destroy you if you flare wrongly or divert wrongly.
