EA US official ranked servers down?

hey all, I've noticed lately that theres been only been 1 EA ranked server wich is the one that's like "[games.net] EA official #4 and that one has only 16 players and a time limit! There used to be a bunch other ones, what's up?

I just looked in my server browser for EA servers and I saw a lot of them. If they went down it seems like they're back up.

do you have the patch? cause I don't because I can't do anything on fileplanet cause it's so darn confusing to get around to downloading something, like when I take off the "same version only" filter theres thousands of other servers to play on wich I can't cause it says I have "an older version" so if I got the patch would that help? Cause for me theres still only 4 ranked servers.
