    TV-Guided Missle

How exactly do you use the TV missle onboard the helicopter. I can aim with it pretty good, however, one thing troubles me. How do you get it to change direction even further. I found once I changed the direction it wouldn't allow me to rechange the direction.

    Any help would be appreciated.

By clicking on your target once again or more times. Most people think you have to click and hold the mouse to guide. But you have to click to fire and then click once again on your target to hit it.

I just click once and guide it. I don't click again on my target....

I have my joystick's hat to guide the T.V. guided missile.

IMO it's easier to use your mouse, I'll post a video of some tv guide pwnage later if you want me to :)

When the co-pilot of a helicopter, press the right mouse button to switch to TV-Guided missiles.

Click once to fire. The missile should head in the direction you clicked. Your mouse should be a sort of crosshair. If the mouse is above the center, the missile will slowly move up. The same for other directions.

The place you originally clicked should have a small, almost unseeable plus sign on it. The missile is headed there. Click somewhere on your screen to place the plus sign there, and the missile will follow through.

If you can get together with a few friends a day and practice (still targets now, moving targets later), you can get really good, really fast.

Though this very rarely comes in helpful in public servers, and is only good if you plan on working with a clan, or some other regular group of players.

                    Re: TV-Guided Missle

Like the first reply post mentioned, once fired, the missile's trajectory can be manipulated by clicking around your screen on whatever target you wish. I was messing around with this in single player mode and found it to be immensely more effective to click multiple times to change the missile direction, rather than attempting to click once, hold down the mouse button, and move the mouse in the general area of the target. You get much more control by clicking after you fire and you can more drastically change the missile trajectory. So if you just fired the missile and your target started to move left at speed, click the left most side of your screen multiple times, depending on distance to target and change in angle from starting firing position and target's changed position. Confused? Don't be. Just practice in single player.

Make your own server and land the helicopter on a building. Kubra dam has some good spots. Hop in seat 2 and practice shooting and hitting targets.

If your a badass like me...you can play in a server and take the heli by yourself. Get real high in the sky and switch to seat 2. The helicopter will spin but you get used to the spins with enough practice and you can fire off missiles at the ground below.
