What do the icons on the post game stat screen mean?

There are like four icons giving you your score for each one, but I'm not sure what they mean? I think the first icon is how many kills I had, and the last icon is how many times I was killed. What are the middle two icons for? Is there a website that that talks about icons? (also curious about the icons on the server screen.)

Left is the Total. (Cup?)
2nd is Team Points. (Box/medic/thingy)
3rd is amount of Kills. (Crosshairs)
Right is amount of Deaths. (Skull)

For each kill you get 2 points, 1 for a assist.
Team points are capturing things, healing, reviving, supplying, repairing, etc.

yeah its one pont for a heal supply or engi as well
