Another gutless "strategy"..

Ok, we all watch the news and hear of all of the roadside bombs that explode in iraq. As aweful as it is, EA did a pretty good job in holding true to the current "hot" strategy used by insergants.

I tried it today in a ranked server. It actaully worked great. I was in Kirkand and was defending the northwest base. There is a vehicle that spawns there and I was a lone special forces troop left all alone to fend off the hords comming my way. I loaded up the vlodniakckak (or whatever its called lol) with my c4 and saved one for the the flag I moved the vloadnikikikikiaick forward about 5 feet and tossed my last c4 behind the flag. I got on the roof, layed down and waited for the flag to go down.. As soon as it went down and we lost our base, I hit the switch. I had 2 troops land on me and took out a tank. Total kills was 5 (2 in tank, 3 on foot).

Brutal desperate tactic.. but I have to give it to the insergants in Iraq.. they know their stuff.

It is fun ruining someones cap when they think they have it in the bag. I don't think it is gutless, you are just using your resources and defending a flag to the best of your abilities. Have fun!

What does that have to do with this post, this isn't an argument about whether dice or ea made the game! I love people that just go around looking for posts that they can criticize small details so they can feel better about the inadequacies in their lives. You are probably posting right now correcting someones spelling, but don't worry school starts soon and you will finally have something to do with your days.

i've donr that before and it works real nice and much easier than trying to run up on an occupied tank

Works like a charm with troops. Esp when you park it in a 1 lane/narrow road.. Good for taking out whole squads.

I still think hes wrong..
I believe they had insurgents do the beta testing for the 1.2 patch..
The game was designed by.... (looks at EA FAQ's webpage..).... Infidels.

The "ficticous army" did the beta testing for 1.2 and.... yes, according to my notes, it was still designed by "the infidels"

Notice he said he waited till they lost their base...no defense points and flag has to be recapped, might want to hit that switch a little earlier next time. good strat though.

Maybe he wasn't actually at the flag and means he just left the C4 at the flag and when he saw it downed on the map he blew it?
