first unlock was thg36c payed alot sepc ops great gun fo run and shoot blow**** up but got tired of it play anti-tank the most but unlocked the pkm its aswome just need to get used to it get,ammo points,laydown and do short
burts,or go rambo if you get a drop on someone there dead 2-5 shots
or lay down quick in tight fighting corners it mows people down,also it scares them black hawks,corba's and does some damageI played karland last night and there was another guy with pkm two pkm's on roof mowing them down.

dao-12 is my next unlock only 12.000 points to go lol?

well i have unlocked the G3 first and dont regret it, its accurate, powerfull, and if you dont know how to shoot without spraying yeah well i guess its not your thing, PKM, DOA-12 or M95 will be my next thing

i have unlocked the G3 and the L8a1 or whatever...the medic unlock is well worth it, but I really wish I had the PKM instead of the G3...oh well...10,000 points to go until Sargeant

The M16A1 or AK-47 in single shot is in my opinion one of the deadliest weapons in the game, add a grenade launcher (that I actully DO use for light vehicles and/or infantry clusters) and you have a hell of a killing machine.

haha exactly the same as me, although I think it's a tossup between pkm and g36 for me, my clan mate regulary carries a pkm so when he dies I nick it :P ... I love it personally and it does some serious damage on Karkand if you know where to go :)

The PKM is the best unlock you can get on this game i played on an all unlocked weapon server to try this out and i found i could take people out from a good 150 200 yards which was a pleasant surprise.I also have the G36 and it is a good unlock but not as good as the PKM

I'm thinking about unlocking the PKM when I make Sergeant. The SAW and RPK are great for supression. I also like to use them to distract OPFORs while a sniper or someone else moves in for the kill. I'll be at the enemy's 2 o'clock getting their attention while a sniper moves in on their 10 o'clock for the kill shot. :)

I guess it's just me but I find the accuracy on the PKM quite unforgiving. It seems if you want to even hit anything, the only way to use the PKM is to go prone + iron sights, and I really mean.. -anything-. If there's a guy 5 meters away, good luck trying to hit him standing up. I've been in that situation tons. I even go ironsights standing and I'm the one who dies first whether he's found me first, or I him. Shot deviation seems massively inconsistent. It does seem a bit better in bursts I guess, but really.. it's an LMG, bursting fire seems a bit contradictory. Oh well. When I can get used to the randomness of shotspread, even on like the first shot (is there even a point to having a cross hair for this gun ) it works okay. Just as well you can resupply yourself.

Yes, it's accuracy isn't that good. It's best used as a weapon of suppression (teamwork, go figure ), just as it's intended to be used in real life. It does; however, make for a lethal weapon when coming face-to-face with an OPFOR.

standing w/ any lmg is a great way to make alot of noise without hitting ****.

hmmm prolly going to unlock this next... have the jackhammer, and our clan has no real dedicated support people usually. I just hope its more accurate than the saw :) I cant ever hit **** with it...

If you can't hit anything with the SAW, you'd probably manage a way to shoot yourself with the PKM. It's accuracy is appallingly terrible. It really only useful in the alleys of Karkland and trying to hit any targets further than a block away is an exercise in futility.

Yes, Glasseye, I'm for real. There is absolutley no way the PKM is more accurate than the SAW. I feel it was a total waste of an unlock. Infact, I don't ever recall killing anyone (besides by vehicle damage) or being killed at a great distance with a PKM.
