Anyone noticed the sounds aren't correct to the number of shots?

    Just try it yourself.

With the M4 or M16 , let it be in auto mode and try to fire one bullet.

You will hear half the time you fireing two shots but there is only one bullet going out of the clip.

Yeah, I notice that with the assault rifles, too, if I leave it on full auto mode and try to squeeze off just one round. I think the recoil and deviation act as though you've fired two shots as well.

I've always thought I fired off two shots, even though the clip only shows 1 gone. Maybe it's not a problem with the sounds, maybe it does fire off two shots, but your clip only shows one has been fired. ?

I tested it on walls, and it's one shot you fire, you hear two but only one is fired.

I will test it again tomorow to be shore, but still, there is something wrong

              Maybe you fire two.

Say your clip has 30 bullets and you have 1 in the chamber. That would make sense if the chamber bullet wasnt counted.

oh nm that guy tested it on walls.

Same with the L85. Oh and the wrench sounds go way off track after a few seconds.

And I thought it was only me...

It happened to me in BFV also, so I'm used to it. No biggy.

Yeah, try firing the jackhammer on full auto.. You get 8 big booms, but only 7 shells fire...

And BF42. Although I haven't noticed it myself in BF2, the sounds aren't simple loops like in 42, and actually initiate a new sound clip for each round being fired, although I don't know how it works ingame, ie if each new round uses a new sound channel or stops playing the previous etc.
