BattleRecorder...where is it? What do I do?

Ok, cant be arsed with any "haha n00b" replies to this.

Anyhoo, where is the Battlerecorder? Is it like most games where you use a console command to record, then playback a demo? Or is it where you go on the "Community" tab, and download a file from there? If so, why do I always get the error that the file cannot be found?

I might be completely way off the mark, but id like to at least see a feature of this game which I currently cannot even find!

I believe it has to be turned on, on the server-side settings.

Anyways the command would be:

"Demo.Recorder Start/Stop" I think. Do a forum search, I am positive this has been covered several times.

I have the same problem.
Only since yesterday, I know I can download the files under the cumunity tab.
But every file can not be foun, but the last one was from three days ago, so I guess the servers remoce the files and you have to download as soon as you can.

But , I don't find any servers havind recorder on (with filter) , and how can you see the recorder is on in the gamebrowser screen ??

My guess is the server records it, but takes it off right away to conserve bandwidth.

Ok, so i need to get a recorded file, wether it be from my own hosted server or downloaded from a server, then open it using the demo console command, which will play the file in the battlerecorder?
