Can't Join Servers

All of a sudden my BF2 won't let me join servers. No error, nothing.

All it does is say "connecting to server" then do nothing basically. It stays at the server list, without bringing up the loading screen.

I tried rebooting, etc. Didn't work so I decided to try and reinstall. Basically the same thing happened . When I tried to uninstall from the add/remove programs list, it would finish the "please wait while installshield wizard blah blah blah" then just close down and do nothing.

I inserted the disk to try that way, same thing. Installshield wizard completes, does nothing. At this point I havent uninstalled manually as I'm not 100% confident that I'll be able to reinstall.

Has anyone else experienced this or have any potential solutions?

Click on the Battlefield2_code.exe file in your: \BF2\Support directory and reenter your cd key.
