    Anyone have an opinion on this,

      I don't have one. I use Saitek and I couldn't say anything bad about it. I have heard mixed things about Logitechs joysticks. A few bad, but not a lot. Logitech is usually pretty good quality stuff.

      Mig = Speedfire?

          Speedfire? Not me :)
          I have the Logitech Mx518 and I'm happy with that. I might as well get it and if it breacks newegg will take care of me
