After not playing for what seemed to be 2 days, (I really do not remember exactly) my global score nearly doubled, and one quick game was enough to promote me to Sargeant. I was happy at first, thinking maybe I had recently played a lot and just never looked at the stats, but this is not the case.
My Stats
On the first page all my favorite items are changed. The map used to be Dalian Plant, the weapon used to be Assault Rifles, vehicles is still armor (unchanged), and equipment should be Engineer.
Scrolling down, I have my normal map times. Except Sharqi Peninsula is rediculously over-inflated. I know for a fact that I do not play that much of that map.
Onto the next page, Combat, my stats seem more or less intact here. Although I know I used to have at least a 2.2 KDR.
In the detailed weapons and kit information is the source of all my problems it seems. All Anti-Tank related items are much, much higher than they were before. I had 200-300, 500 at most kills for Anti-Tank. The submachine-gun is much higher in everything; deaths, kills, time, everything. The rest of my class stats seem intact, there may be some small improvements that I am not aware of.
On the next page, my teamwork score is nearly double of what it used to be. I remember having somewhere around 5000-5700 in teamwork score. Everything else seems about normal.
Final page, the awards. This page is completely normal, except my silver stars have at least doubled.
Because I know most people do not care, here is everything summed up.
My stats have had scores added that I know for a fact I did not get. I was also promoted to Sargeant without earning the rank.
This stats hiccup has fundamentally changed my stats, and I have gone from primarily an Engineer (something I am really proud of) to a simple Anti-Tank.
My question is simple, is there an EA contact to resolve issues like this? I have heard rumors that most e-mails are not even read, and would like to know if there is any truth in this. I would really love to fix this problem, because it really mis-represents me and my ingame play style.
