How do I change server message and how to login as admin

Hello, I have a bf2 ranked server and I want to know how to edit the server message and how to login as admin.
I contacted my server provider but they still havent replay very slow.
Can someone tell me how to login as admin and how to edit server message?

for login you must know the rcon password. go into the console(~) and "rcon login <password>". but i think this part of thie engine is a ****. you can exec a command with "rcon exec <command>"
