Any Servers with All unlocks?

Hey guys, i'm looking for a unranked server with all unlocks, I don't want to do the thing and use all unlocks on single player, because that's lame :P

there's a few out there don't have hem on me now, but they are never full. most of the time i go to them there is no one in them

I played on one the other day, tweakmonster.net or some name like that -- they had messed with some of the physics too, dead guys just stood there for a second or 2 before they hit the ground.....it was wierd, but, had plenty of players and was a great place to test-drive unlocks..
